Program kerja untuk tahun 2025/2026 sebagai berikut

1. Mendukung program makanan bergizi gratis di Tanah Papua.

2. Melakukan penelitian dan memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah dalam menyusun kebijakan MBG di Tanah Papua

3. Memberikan penguatan capacity building kepada lembaga yang terkait dalam implementasi program MBG.

Our Missions

Output 1: The Regional Centre of Excellence (RCoE) is established and fully functional
  • RCoE Workshops and coordination meetings
  • Support for the development of strategic partnership between rCoE with related stakeholders.
  • Support for the strengthening of insititutional capacity for RCoE staffs
Output 2: Increased institutional and community capacity to deliver quality MBG programmes.
  • Support for the co-develop localized training curricula, modules, and IEC materials.
  • Support for Identify and train a provincial pool of Master Trainers – district level – Kota and district Jayapura,
  • Support for Identify and train a provincial pool of Master Trainers – district level -Kab Biak
  • Facilitate the use of Learning Management System (LMS) to support remote learning
Output 3: Enhanced nutrition knowledge and practices among children, caregivers, and community members
  • Support for the development  and testing 3 culturally tailored nutrition education packages using visual storytelling, drama, and traditional media in 3 districts
  • Radio Campaign
  • Church Announcement Mobilization
  • Youth Ambassador Mobilization
Output 4: Enhanced local evidence, innovations, and workforce capacity to prevent, detect, and manage wasting and overweight/obesity through the establishment of a knowledge and advocacy hub
  • Review of existing nutrition data in Papua province and follow-up consultative processes on malnutrition drivers
  • Consultation workshop
  • Dissemination of the policy brief on drivers of malnutrition and budget spending analysis in Papua Province
  • Students Capacity Building and Mentorship Programme
  • Center of Excellence (CoE) – lesson learnt sharing workshop
Output 5: Robust evidence base and innovative approaches developed and tested
  • Support the implementation of Baseline Assessments – Jayapura
  • Support the implementation of Baseline – Biak
  • Support the implementation of Endline Assessments – Jayapura
  • Support the implementation of Endline assessment – Biak
  • Support for the development of protocol and risk assesment in pilot districts
Output 6: Comprehensive documentation and dissemination of programme experiences, lessons learned, and best practices completed
  • Team writer/researcher honorarium (lead), including implementation and report
  • Pilot Documentation in Biak
  • A minimum of 3 cross–Center of Excellence (CoE) learning session
  • Development of At Least 3 Policy Briefs or Technical Reports Summarizing Context-Specific MBG Implementation Insights
  • Production & Dissemination of a Minimum of 5 Multimedia Knowledge Products
